Welcome to our new Wellbeing and Fitness Program in partnership with Headspace Miranda.
This is a FREE 10 week program at Project Youth’s Miranda Centre open to young people aged 15-24.
Workshops include Mental Health, Nutrition and Relationships.
Every week the session will also include 45 minute workout with a fitness instructor.
