If you’re interested in raising funds for Project Youth – thank you!

A few important things to note before you submit your proposal to fundraise:

Project Youth cannot reimburse any expenses incurred by you or the organising team
If you need to deduct expenses from your proceeds, this needs to be accurately recorded and reported
We do not provide insurance
If tax receipts are required, we will need you to supply the name, address and amount for each donation
All cheques must be made payable to ‘Project Youth’
Any promotional material that refers to Project Youth and/or uses the Project Youth logo must be approved by us prior to use

Please provide a brief outline of your proposed fundraising activity or event (include ticket price, publicity plan, any corporate sponsors that will be approached)

Please provide detailed information on how the income/proceeds will be allocated to Project Youth. The minimum legal amount to come to PY is 60%. Please indicate one of the following: 100% to Project Youth OR Income less costs OR Income split with other charity OR Other - please provide details.
