We are proud and deeply grateful to be selected by NSW Young Lawyers as their Charity of the Year.

This partnership is a meaningful recognition of the work we do at Project Youth to support and empower young people facing homelessness and disadvantage. The support of NSW Young Lawyers will directly contribute to programs that build skills, confidence, and brighter futures for the young people in our community.

NSW Young Lawyers is a Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales that represents the Law Society and its members on issues and opportunities arising in relation to early career lawyers (those within the first five years of practice or up to the age of 36). The mission of NSW Young Lawyers is to support the Law Society in its strategic objectives as they relate to supporting the growth, engagement and professional development opportunities for this cohort.

Each year, the NSW Young Lawyers Patron and Charity for the following year are voted on and selected by attendees at the NSW Young Lawyers Annual Assembly.

In 2025, the NSW Young Lawyers Charity chosen was Project Youth. As the chosen charity, between January 2025  - December 2025 the NSW Young Lawyers Committee would fundraise, raise awareness and otherwise provide support or collaborate with Project Youth.
