Proud is definitely an understatement. We are amazed, overjoyed, and grateful we have an opportunity to see what our Project Educate students will be doing next.
In December, we celebrated all Project Educate students graduating or earning their RoSA. We held the graduation ceremony at our Hurstville location with students and Project Educate staff coming together after spending much of the school term in their own spaces doing distance learning and teaching.
Overall, there were two year 9 students who completed their year and five year 10 students completing their year and earning their RoSA (Record of School Achievement).
We are happy to share what all the students will be doing starting this year.
One of the students who will be returning to Project Educate next year had this to say,
"I’m excited about coming back to school. I’m so glad I was referred last year. I love Project Educate and didn’t think I would because I hadn’t been at school for such a long time. The pressure of not being in a big school and being able to work in a small class at my own pace is the best."
We can't wait to see this student coming back to Project Educate as well as the others who will be returning to us. We would like to wish those who feel empowered to go in their own directions the best of luck. We will miss seeing all their faces, but we're confident they'll do wonderful things moving forward.
