Thank you for your generous donations this Christmas which gifted young people in our crisis accommodation with a voucher, enabling them to purchase items to make their bedrooms feel homely.

You helped us to raise over $1000 to gift to young people facing homelessness.

Homely items such as photo frames, cushions, rugs, blankets, lamps give each young person a sense of belonging as they can personalise their bedroom to feel like home. Some young people spent their vouchers on clothing and underwear that were not second hand.

 Some young people arrive at our crisis accommodation with nothing except the clothes they’re wearing. Others have never had money to spend on themselves before.

Your gift was invaluable in helping a young person facing homelessness to have a sense of dignity and belonging, and to feel safe, and comfortable this Christmas.
