Our CEO, Jodie Darge, is on a 3 month sabbatical. She is one of a select amount of CEOs taking part in SILA (Social Impact Leadership Australia) Program. The program is a national capacity building and leadership program designed specifically for CEOs of Australian for-purpose organisations.
The sabbatical provides some rest, travel, and research. Jodie has completely disengaged from Project Youth and taken a period of leave. In her absence, our Operations Manager, Kevin Crowe, has stepped into the role and taken on the CEO duties until Jodie returns in June.
To learn a bit more about the program, check out the link to the SILA website below, and also check out Jodie's interview!
Project Youth acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We acknowledge that this always was and always will be Aboriginal land and we pay our respects to Elders past, present & future.
